  My name is Dr. Chris J MacDonald Sr, HHP, Ph.D.

I enjoy helping others in their Spiritual, Metaphysical and Holistic quest for knowledge and various inner skills martial arts training by helping them examine their options in various complementary and alternative health systems along their path of enlightenment.

Elisabeth has her Master's degree in Economics and Business and has also been trained as a CBT Life Coach, Shamanic Practices, Reiki Practitioner, and other Modalities and has a natural ability for listening and talking to others. 

She is currently GMI's Marketing Director 

​She has trained in Qigong and Tai Chi for many years.  She is a ongoing student of Shifu MacDonald

She is currently ongoing in additional training in the natural health skills fields and Shaolin Kempo Kung Fu to further her journey in helping others. And is an APPRENTICE IN TRAINING with Greenways Metaphysical Institute (GMI)
